대중과 소통하고 있는 이정림의 새로운 앨범 ‘GISELLE: 발레클래스음악’

[피아니스트 이정림의 특별한 도전을 담은 편곡 앨범]

이번 앨범은 발레 작품 ‘지젤’의 전곡을 클래스에 맞게 편곡 및 연주한 앨범이다. 기존 발매된 앨범들에 비해 긴 카운트로 구성되어 발레, 바레 등 다양한 형태로 유용하게 활용할 수 있다는 점이 특징이다. 이번 앨범은 클래스 현장에서 무용수와 소통하고자 하는 이정림의 세심한 면모를 다시금 보여준다.

[발레리나 강미선(Misun Kang)에게 헌정하는 선물]

이번 앨범 쟈켓은 특별히 유니버설발레단 ‘강미선’ 수석 무용수(Principal dancer)의

아름다운 모습을 담았다. 춤과 음악의 언어를 오롯이 몸으로 전해주는 강미선 발레리나, 그녀의 아름다운 사진은 발레 지젤의 미학 또한 충분히 표현해주고 있다.

이정림은 강미선 발레리나와의 인연과 고마움을 음악에 담아 이 앨범을 헌정했다.

발레클래스 현장에서는 여러 그룹 또는 반복 훈련이 계속되는 상황에서 종종 어려움을 겪을 때가 있습니다. 이런 경우 라이브 피아노 반주는 자연스러운 흐름이 가능하나 음원으로 진행 시 반복되는 음악이 끊어져 아쉬운 경우가 많습니다. 이 앨범은 그런 점을 고려해 발레선생님과 발레리나&발레리노, 그리고 학생들 모두 원활하고 자연스럽게 사용할 수 있도록 제작되었습니다.

앨범의 주요 장점은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 긴 카운트와 유연한 흐름: 보다 긴 카운트를 제공하여 발레와 바레 등 다양한 운동에 맞춰 훈련을 더욱 효율적으로 할 수 있습니다. 유연하고 자연스럽게 이어지는 음악으로 반복적인 훈련에도 집중을 잃지 않도록 도와줍니다.

2. 다양한 운동에 활용 가능: 발레, 바레, 스트레칭 등 다양한 운동에 유용하게 사용할 수 있어 여러 분야에서 활용도가 높습니다.

3. 반복 훈련에 최적화: 그룹 수업이나 반복 훈련이 많은 상황에서도 자연스럽게 흐름을 이어가며, 음원을 사용할 때 생길 수 있는 불편함을 최소화했습니다.
